Beginner Plants
Plants have different temperaments – some are easy going, low-maintenance, and adaptable and some need a little more TLC. Consider your level of experience with plants and how much time you can dedicate to care for them weekly. If your life is hectic, consider starting off with a spider plant, Pothos, Snake plant or succulent.
Pet-Friendly

Location
Consider location before picking out your plant. Do you have a sunny window sill perfect for an aloe plant or a floor basket planter ready for a large cactus?
